Hospitalization

Rarely do we need to hospitalize pets for eye problems. Most surgeries are seen as outpatient procedures. In our view pets are much happier to be at home after surgery and wherever medically possible we try and send animals home on the same day that they undergo surgery. In some cases we may however recommend that animals are transferred to our overnight emergency clinic for intensive medication or monitoring.
