Appointments and Referrals

All patients are seen by appointment, and most cases are referred to us by your regular veterinarian. We see appointments on 4 or 5 days each week depending on our schedule at other clinics. We are able to offer evening appointments on Thursdays (5.00 – 7.00pm).

If you have recently moved to the area and do not yet have a veterinarian or if you are concerned about the progress of an eye problem please give us a call to discuss how to arrange an appointment or referral.

A first time appointment may take 30 – 60 minutes depending on the complexity of the problem. Rechecks may take 15-30 minutes. In some cases we may have you leave your dog or cat in the clinic during the day while we run various tests or procedures.
